My name is Ethan Smith. 

A little bit about me - I have lived here in Newberg, Oregon my whole life. I studied Mechanical Engineering at George Fox University and graduated in 2022. Now I work as a Manufacturing Engineer at A-dec. (a local dental equipment manufacturer)

My pursuits are enjoying music, food, and outdoors with the people closest to me. Ultimately I see all of these things as good gifts that my creator offers and I can’t wait to see them fully redeemed one day in the new creation.

The aim of my life is a deeper relationship with Jesus and I want others to also experience the abundant life that he gives. I am always on the lookout for ways to get involved with my church community and serve others however I can. Recently God has put this trip on my heart and I am grateful for this opportunity to participate in what he is doing around the world!
